Tooth Implant Restores Sight
Yeah, you heard that right - here's the LINK.
Meet Martin Jones, 42, a builder, had been blind for 12 years after a tub of white hot aluminium exploded in his face as he worked at a scrapyard.
Now, he's been married for the past 4 years, and has never actually seen his wife until this surgery.
Of course, he was glad she saw her for the first time - and his reaction was rather positive.
However, what do you think was going through his mind prior to seeing his wife for the first time?

His eye looks like a snake's eye. He was probably wondering/scared whether or not he was going to be pleased with her looks.
wild!
Isn't that amazing!! What a gift!
who knows? hopefully he doesn't care about looks that much in the first place. If a woman loved him and took care of her blind husband, he should appreciate that.
im baffled.
using a tooth to hold your eye? insane.
@impossibleangles - yah he does look kinda creepy, but either way society is so judgmental if he didnt have the snake eye he would be looked at for being blind (without knowing of course)
