Not sure. I try to comment pretty often. I may receive more on a weekly basis though.
DEFINITELY give more than I get. And, not to be snooty or anything, but I tend to dish out pretty good comments and often get "Haha :D" in return... :p

I try to comment pretty often but I would say it's either an equal ratio or a bit tipped toward me receiving more.
I definitely give more comments. Except for a few that visit my site often, no one usually stops by to read or comment. But I write for me, so it doesn't bother me.
