Remembering to Breathe
Ok, we all have stressful days...and today being a Monday...go figure, the week is just starting.
There are two things that help me out - when dealing with stress....
Try to have fun...and remembering to breathe....

Writing and listening to music always helps me.

Going for a drive definitely helps. So does going to the gym.
of stress as something I have to endure and survive, like food
poisoning. That was a really great video. The first time I clicked play, it was a bunch of monkeys and I didn't get what yo were saying at all. LOL I think I somehow selected it.

Some good heavy metal music. Calms me down almost instantly. LOL
Escapism works for me. Reading, sleeping, movies. Anything to distract myself. And lately, smoking pot!
