I'm going on a journey.
Not to any specific place, but rather to seek out stories from the families that regularly deal with Autism.
I want to investigate what these families did to overcome specific issues. I want to interview them, get their own stories documented.
In many instances these people may want their name changed for privacy reasons, but it's their stories that need to be shared so other families can find hope and be inspired.
I also want to interview those who are on the spectrum, to get their insight into what life is like for them.
This will be a long journey, with twists and turns, with the goal of learning more about Autism.
Will you be willing to go on this journey with me?

It sounds like an important and worthwhile journey. One that could help and support many people.
I hope goes well. I would love to read what you find out. I rec'd this post hoping other with very personal experiences might get in touch with you.
HUGS!
@AdamsWomanFell - Thanks!
@wrybreadspread - nice, hope your chair is a comfortable one.
I don't know how much help I could be without a formal diagnosis and only suggestions for further testing for both me and my son that I didn't follow up on for numerous reasons. (I have an extreme fear of doctors, so getting me to see one for anything other than excruciating pain is down right impossible.) But, I'd be happy to contribute whatever I can from this perspective.
@keystspf - Excellent. Message me when good times are to talk via phone/skype.
